Made to order

Every item is printed the moment you order it — nothing is sitting pre-made on a shelf. That means your shipping time has two parts: processing time (how long it takes to print and prepare your item) and transit time (how long the carrier takes to deliver it).

Processing time

Most orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days. Orders with multiple items or custom designs can occasionally take a little longer, especially around high-demand launches. We don't process orders on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping time & rates

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States, and can take longer for some international destinations. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.

Order tracking

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, that's usually just a carrier scan delay — give it a day or two before reaching out.

International orders

We ship to many countries outside the US. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country — these are set by your local government and are the buyer's responsibility, not something we control or can predict.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but it never shows up, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at support@printaistudio.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and get you a replacement or refund.
